Build a Solid Foundation

Through your Fitness Assessment, we'll be able to assess how many Personal Training Sessions you'll need to join our CrossFit Group Class successfully.  You'll be placed in one of the following tiers based on your Fitness Assessment:

  • 4 Personal Training Sessions
  • 8 Personal Training Sessions
  • 12 Personal Training Sessions

Each tier is specifically assigned to your learning curve to ensure a realistic timeline.  In some unique cases, we may assign less than 4 PT Sessions.  Building a solid foundation is priority in a 1-on-1 environment to move at your pace, learn proper form and technique, and build the confidence needed to keep up with the challenges in our Fitness Program.
