150 Assault Bike Calories
* At the end of every 2 min. person coming off Bike must complete 20 Russian KB Swings (53/35).

Choose only one of the following:

12 Points = Do a physical activity outside of the gym with your partner.  Post it to Social Media and tag @grudgefit& @healthymealskitchen

9 Points = Go out to eat with your partner.  Post it to Social Media and tag @grudgefit.

6 Points = Both you and your partner must prepare, cook, and enjoy a meal at home.  This can be done separate from one another.
