What is CrossFit?  CrossFit is a positive life changing experience for everyone.  At Grudge Fitness we make exercise fun, challenging, and help you get leaner and stronger.  With our Professional Coaches on board, you will feel more positive, energetic, reduce injury/disease, and most of all be able to enjoy everyday life activities such as hiking and running.


Real Coaching.  We are not a boot camp.  Yelling and screaming is not our style.  Instead we motivate athletes by teaching how and why we do the things we do.  We take into account each and every athletes limitations and give solutions on how to become better.

Accountability.  All of our coaches take pride in being home-grown. They all started as regular members.  In addition, all coaches join in group classes with members and also participate in competitions as well.  We will never make you do something we wouldn't do.
